How to book a room in the recreation facilities of ICT Prague
I.
Summer season (15 June – 15 September)
Requests are handed over / delivered from 1 March to 15 May of a current year
Winter season (15 December – 30 April)
Requests are handed over / delivered from 1 September to 15 November of a
current year
Employees, students, pensioner and ŠoVOS hand over the application forms at the mentioned date:

Delivered requests are processed at the Staff Department and after it are
sent to AUF – Commercial Department at the date till 30 May or 30 November of a
current year at the latest. The Commercial Department confirms in writing a
takeover of processed requests.
It is necessary to send all changes of the orders of the recreation for summer
or winter season to the contact officer of the Staff Department in writing (after
agreement with the contact officer of the Staff Department) till 15 May (for
summer season) or 15 November (for winter season) of a current year at the
latest.
It is necessary to address all claims on changes, cancellations, eventually post-reservations after the mentioned date (15 May and 15 November) to the Commercial Department of AUF ICT Prague directly (tel. 220 447 206 or rekreace.suz@vscht.cz).
II.
Off-season
Requests are handed over within a year to the Commercial Department of AUF
directly (tel. 220 447 206, e-mail. rekreace.suz@vscht.cz) and are processed
within the frame of spare capacity in preference.
